End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using USA Driven LLC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, USA Driven LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

4. User Accounts

Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by USA Driven LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant USA Driven LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or entity
To engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct
To collect or harvest information about other users
To spam or send unsolicited communications

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USA DRIVEN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USA Driven LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of this EULA.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which USA Driven LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new EULA on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and USA Driven LLC regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
